DAWN

Yearning Everyday, But It’s There

Silence is the veil that she wears.
The calm breeze is the lullaby she sings
This placid state sends relaxing mist in the air.
Touching everything under her.

And restlessness vanishes to oblivion, to our dreams
Though its dark, still everything seems so clear.
The joy from dark solitude is her gift.
Dim lights accentuates her perfect form
Was the distraction of the clearness the thing that makes it unclear

At times.
Her arriving makes you look inside you
Than seeking answers in the confusion and deception
Around.

Then her slow but defined breaking of light from
The dark

Introduces another hope for the better.
Like the nakedness of innocence gladly surrendered

In the blanket of her arms.

A new day rises and new life created.

I want to be alone with you.

Swinging
In the cradle of your peace of mind

Clinging
In a portion of your piece of mine.

Singing
Somewhere along your piece of mind

At times, Around the dark. In the blanket of her arms,
I want to be alone with You.
